I would also like to mention that the customer service was above par, they kept me informed during the process in regards to changes that may occur due to the current global situation.
I will definitely continue to purchase from Sotti & co and will recommend to others.
I called several times and was given reasons ranging from the warehouse being closed Monday to Thursday, to being told twice it HAD been dispatched when it hadn't. On the 4th time of chasing it was then dispatched, several weeks later.
On one order I received the wrong item. This was received back by them over a week ago. I am still awaiting a refund.
The customer service is hit and miss. Sometimes you get a response but usually only if you're jumping and shouting which is a shame.
There is no doubt, some of the items I received (the cushion covers) are sublime. Truly wonderful. However, given the uphill struggle to get my orders I am not sure I'd order again.
Items are sent untracked which in this day and age is poor. You are not even notified who the carrier is or what the ETA is, just 'dispatched'. However, if you do ask, you might get a tracking number. Why not just issue them to customers?
I have had to unsubscribe as well because sending the same '25% off rugs' email every single day is both lazy and irritating.
All in all a shame because the product choice on their site is great but boy is it a hassle giving them your business.
When I ordered my cushions, the website stands that the items I ordered were “available” and that they will be delivered within 3-6 working days.
After a few weeks waiting, I decided to contact them to see where my items were. The person that replied to me said that the items I ordered were “ out of stock” and were not going to be in stock for a few weeks more.
I placed my order in February and we are now in April and still nothing.
I can understand that due COVID times deliveries and things can take longer, but at least have the courtesy to send an email to your clients saying that there’s going to be delays, etc.
I do not recommend to anyone to order from them. They clearly don’t value their customers
