The proof of how seriously a company takes its customer service is how they react when things don't quite go as planned initially, due to environmental factors. I can honestly say that Vitsoe must have a simply luminous ethos running through every aspect of their design, production and installation philosophy. Now that the shelving systems have been reconfigured in our newly built garden office, we can really appreciate how well engineered the product is - and indeed, the shelving allows our books to take centre stage in the room with gallery-like levels of clarity and immediacy. Many thanks to Robin, Jody and all in the team!
