Contacted Brian as both of our 2 leather sofas (about 10-12 years old) were really sagging badly in the seats. He came and inspected them and told us that they simply needed new foam in the seats and the rest was all fine. He could easily have told us they they needed a lot more work, but he was very honest and straight forward about them.

Took each one away at a separate time and replaced the foam. The sofas are now both back and fantastic, as good as new. Much more comfy than for the last few years. Should last another 10 years!

Very reasonable price, and certainly much better than any new sofa would have been, especially leather ones that have rocketed in price since we bought these.

He was easy to contact and very responsive. Wore a mask during the visit. Excellent value for money with great service. Couldn't ask for more. I have now given him a rocking chair to fix as well.

Responded to my initial enquiry then never heard anymore from him. The mobile number is permanently engaged, messages left on the landline phone are ignored as well as emails. If you don’t want the job just have the courtesy to say so and don’t waste everyone’s time.

Following the loss of my Father, we contacted Brian to see if he could restore a treasured piece of furniture my parents had owned all their married lives (65 years). Well it has just been returned to us and quite simply - WOW. Brian was professional, courteous and I would highly recommend him to any family or friends requiring an upholstery / restoration service.

Thought we’d found someone to help with our sagging sofa problem. Unfortunately Brian wanted £70 (to cover his time) to come out & have a look. Yes, the £70 would have been deducted from our bill had we gone ahead but the initial figure seemed too excessive. £20/£30 for an assessment seems fair, but £70......
