All smiles and can't do enough for you when you enter the shop.
Don't let this approach fool you, if things go wrong god help you, once they have got your money the attitude changes.
The customer service is diabolical to say the least, they do have a complaints policy, perhaps the need to read it and abide by it.
Not answering emails or phoning back are the main failures.
I won't go into delivery times, let's just say that Robinson Cruso spent less time on a desert island than it took them to deliver our furniture.
Although saying this, this is a re order as the first delivery was incorrect and damaged. 10 weeks after the re order date and still waiting.
The delivery partner even got oil on our new carpet, then tried to deny it.
If you are looking for some new furnature don't shop here it would be quicker to make it yourself.
Avoid this company, so disorganised.

One star is too much really. Walked into the Fabb furniture store in Lincoln and purchased furniture to the value of £5368. Paid cash. Delivery expected in 9 weeks maybe a week or two longer because of Christmas.Here we are 28 weeks later and still no furniture. Last week we told Monday 25th April or 2nd May. Today the reply is it will be possibly be delivered to Fabb week commencing 9th May and then they will have to arrange delivery. So maybe end of May beginning of June. The furniture we bought the same day from SCS was delivered months ago and that was made to order too . So do yourselves a favour and buy from somewhere more reliable.

Ordered our furniture on 5 Dec 21 with a 19 week lead time. Still waiting now expected end of May. Extremely disappointed in the service.
Well our suite was finally delivered today some 26 weeks or nearly 7 months from ordering and yes the engineers are now booked to sort out one of the chairs. We did get a £50 gesture of good will but I feel they know they can’t meet the delivery date so add it onto purchase price.

Awful service and I am so disappointed. Ordered our sofa end of November 2021 to be told delivery around start of April 2022.
Had a phone call at the end of March 2022 advising sofa is on its way and is all on track for 11th April delivery. This was all lies and had not even be made yet so unsure why they lied and rang me. At this stage we got rid of our old sofa because of this phone call so have nothing to sit on. I was then told middle of May for the sofa… now the middle of May and still not sofa or update. I emailed my complaint and all I got was “sorry”.
Please avoid this shop at all costs and go else where as we really wish we did.
We don’t spend thousands on a sofa to get this rubbish service and long wait time. When you work in customer service you really notice poor service elsewhere and this just isn’t good enough.

Ordered sofas end of December... 20 weeks later we are still waiting and has been pushed back twice. If it gets delayed again, it will be a refund and shop elsewhere. So far, its been a farce and regret ordering from this store. Do yourselves a favour and shop elsewhere as order time will be lies!

Shopping and buying some furniture was a real pleasure at Lincoln with Dylan serving us and being very friendly and helpful . Would return to make further furniture purchases when needed some unique pieces in the store at good sale prices .

Have been in a few times you are either asked if you require assistance or totally ignored. Day I was ignored decided to order sofa online back in February...... roll forward 7 months to be told the sofa won't be ready until late October. If you are in a rush for furniture I wouldn't come here. Barely any communication either.

Went in just to see what they had. Was welcomed by Darren who told us where the sofas were as they are on 2 levels. We picked what we wanted and Darren did all the paperwork. He was excellent at explaining the t&cs and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend going here and we will certainly go back when we are looking to replace our bed.
Darren is 1st class.
