Don't let this approach fool you, if things go wrong god help you, once they have got your money the attitude changes.
The customer service is diabolical to say the least, they do have a complaints policy, perhaps the need to read it and abide by it.
Not answering emails or phoning back are the main failures.
I won't go into delivery times, let's just say that Robinson Cruso spent less time on a desert island than it took them to deliver our furniture.
Although saying this, this is a re order as the first delivery was incorrect and damaged. 10 weeks after the re order date and still waiting.
The delivery partner even got oil on our new carpet, then tried to deny it.
If you are looking for some new furnature don't shop here it would be quicker to make it yourself.
Avoid this company, so disorganised.
Well our suite was finally delivered today some 26 weeks or nearly 7 months from ordering and yes the engineers are now booked to sort out one of the chairs. We did get a £50 gesture of good will but I feel they know they can’t meet the delivery date so add it onto purchase price.
Had a phone call at the end of March 2022 advising sofa is on its way and is all on track for 11th April delivery. This was all lies and had not even be made yet so unsure why they lied and rang me. At this stage we got rid of our old sofa because of this phone call so have nothing to sit on. I was then told middle of May for the sofa… now the middle of May and still not sofa or update. I emailed my complaint and all I got was “sorry”.
Please avoid this shop at all costs and go else where as we really wish we did.
We don’t spend thousands on a sofa to get this rubbish service and long wait time. When you work in customer service you really notice poor service elsewhere and this just isn’t good enough.
