Fantastic service. Couldn't fault it, Peter was extremely friendly and helpful there was no pressure by him to make a purchase and left us to have a think about colours etc we wanted on our bedroom furniture. Peter also double checked some questions we had which made us feel confident on making the purchase today.

We visited FV on Friday looking for a new bed. Darryl Rose was helpful, knowledgeable and gave us time and space to try beds and decide, along with a nice cup of coffee. We had to pop back the next day to change the headboard we had chosen. Darryl was most helpful again and able to do that for us.
A nice calm experience with no pushy sales people.

Azzdean Seffras is an excellent sales consultant. Normally I find pushey sales people who won't leave you alone. Azzdean introduced himself and said if you needed further assistance to just ask, when we were ready he was there. Answered our question, offered his knowledge, dealt with the sale very professionally. He should be praised for his excellent work ethics. Thank you

Azzdean in the Cambridge branch was absolutely fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything we asked about concisely and wasn't pushy, no hard sell in the slightest. He left us to discuss stuff and make our own decisions and made himself available when we needed him again. Great experience overall

On 20 September 2022, Azzdean was courteous, very knowledgeable and gave no pressure as I tried full sized mattresses for an Ottoman bed frame. I was looking for maximum storage for our tiny master bedroom. The only question was whether the headboard would fit under our bedroom window in the current orientation.

I rang back the next day, but that was Azzdean’s day off. Sadly the colleague measured inaccurately, which meant the headboard as it was would partially block the window. Originally, Azzdean offered to come to our house on his own time to lower the headboard, but even with the legs partly
cut off, it still would have been too tall.

Fortunately, I had mapped out moving the bed 90 degrees, so there was no problem with the headboard. It needed no adjustments.

The mattress feels so comfortable. And the storage area massive.

I cannot fault the service I have received from Azzdean Seffras in this store. I previously purchased a new bed and today I have ordered a sofa, 2 chairs and a rug. Nothing was too much trouble. His customer care and the advice given was exceptional. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into making my choice. He is a credit to the Cambridge store.
