Isherwoods Fine Furniture

All I can say is - absolutely brilliant. We needed a specific brand of carpet fitting which we originally went elsewhere for as they are a stockist. Well, after being let down by not turning up for a total of 4 times, just to come and do the quote, we decided to look elsewhere.

So I called Isherwoods, even though they're not a stockist of the brand, to see they could help. Paul dealt with my enquiry and said he would look into it to see if they could help and let me know one way or another the same day. Paul phoned me back when he said he would and also said they could source the carpet. From the get go Paul was extremely professional and courteous, coming to do the quote when he said he would and then keeping us informed all the way of when the carpet would arrive.

When the fitters came, they were on time, did the job in a timely fashion, did a great job and were lovely guys to talk to.

It's such a simple formula that so many people in the trade get wrong - apply customer service and keep your customers informed. By having done so Isherwoods will without doubt be getting more of our business and we will also recommend them to whoever needs a recommendation for this kind of business.

It's such a shame in this day and age that's it's actually a surprise when tradespeople actually turn up.

A big thank you to Isherwoods for taking the stress out of the situation. We'll definitely be back for more.

I have been trying to find a particular rug for months ..despite many suppliers telling me they couldn't get oneverything until January ..Jason managed to find one in an hour! !! And he was £20 cheaper than I expected. ..thank you so much ...so impressed with the customer service here

Just had a carpet fitted from here and it’s lovely. The fitter, Craig, was polite, professional and did an excellent job. The whole experience of shopping at Isherwoods for the first time was thoroughly enjoyable. The team are just so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning!
