Very disappointed with the service received. Ordered a super king TV bed, paid extra for assembly. Delivery drivers turned up over 3hrs late and on top of that would not assemble, as said bed hard to assemble and has issues... Not detered by this, decided to press ahead and assemble myself with the help of my wife. Not the easiest bed to put together, unfortunately on unpacking the various components, there was a lot of damaged panels.
On contacting furniture expressions and after sending them pictures, they only offered £50 and a free pillow... This is a bed which costs over £1000... (Without mattress, just bed frame, with NO TV).
This review will be updated if they address this issue in a satisfactory manner, very poor customer service.
