Do NOT go near this company! Received an order within 3 days, but the bed was clearly pre-owned and a previous return. Marks and stains on the fabric and cracked wood around fittings.
Return was organised with no issues but 4 weeks later and we still don't have our £350 back. Seriously not good enough after we've contacted them multiple times. First being told it would take 5 days, then 10 days then nothing.

Please avoid.

Ordered a dressing table for my daughter with a 2 day delivery time. 3 weeks later after zero communication from them I tried calling and was cut off, attempted the online chat with a girl who seemed a bit short with me. She promised to reply back to me that same day about my order which I never got. I tried calling again today and was cut off and now I can't find the online chat option on their website as they seem to have removed it. I’ve sent an email asking for a refund with no reply so now I’ve had to go to my credit card company to get my money back. 1 month of wasted time and a disappointed daughter. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This has been my experience - ordered a console table, didn't get a confirmation, freaked out, went to check the reviews, and freaked out even more. Contacted my bank to initiate a chargeback.

However, they replied to my email the next day saying it was confirmed and dispatched. I got the item pretty quick (within 2-3 days) and the item was perfect.

For me, they haven't been a scam and the received item was great and pretty happy with it

Placed an order 13th July, hadn’t received by 27th July, nor could they advise when it would be dispatched. So cancelled order, and requested a refund… which I am still waiting for more than 2weeks later!!!! Do not buy from this company. I would not recommend.

Horrendous company! I have paid for a mattress I have never received and they will not give me a refund. I received a terribly damaged bed and still have no refund or replacement. Please do no order from them as you will regret it, they have stolen my money and I now have to get legal advice.

Ordered wardrobes 3 weeks ago as the site states a 2 day delivery, still haven't received the delivery, when emailed have been told they can't get in touch with the courier so it's out of their hands! I am pretty sure items they sell are their responsibility until the cooling off period after the item is received!

Absolutely terrible company ordered a wardrobe 2 weeks ago, with 5day delivery no customer service nobody answers the phone or emails, SCAM answered me once and was told it had gone missing they would send another, still waiting no info nothing I'm going to have to contact trading standards as I have requested my money back from the company but just get ignored, please avoid

Scam !!! please avoid ........... ordered 6th july took £240 no items delivered, cancelled my order 22nd but would not process it till monday 25th, sent my account details for direct refund no refund yet only excuses, trading standards informed. Police will be informed next for theft by deception.
