Ordered a lamp in July which was meant to be in stock. After a few weeks I chased and got a reply it should be dispatched early September. I chased again early September and was told it’ll be late September. Early October and I’ve emailed several times with no reply. The lamp is in stock on the website again but no idea if or when I’ll get one.

I ordered shelfs and never received them - there was no notification when the stuff should have been posted, or received. Now, I have written already my 3rd reminder to ask for a refund... nothing yet...
