Ridiculously expensive for Chinese furniture. Still somebody has to pay the lazy staff to sit talking on a Sunday, the premium rent and rates and the finance that they con people into thinking it's free.
Managed to get a few photos and will be making my own dining table to a higher quality for half the price.

Ordered a sofa in September guaranteed before Christmas. rang up on the 27th of November for a delivery date which was suppose to be the 13th December, they rang me on the 12th of December telling me I had to arrange a delivery date, after explaining to them i had already booked delivery for the 13th the women went on to tell me that the earliest they can deliver is the 3rd of January, we have already sold our old sofa, I am heavily pregnant and have 2 young children who will have to sit on camping chairs for 3 weeks while we wait for our sofa to be delivered, absolutely fuming!!! This has completely ruined my Christmas!

Very friendly sales person, when the furniture arrived it was beautiful and packed extremely well.

Absolute fantastic experience in store today, Suzanna helped us with our order and was brilliant. Steve entertained our kids with drawings and building a princess castle, the kids enjoyed the experience so much they want to go every week.

Not much to say about Harvey's. Same furniture, same displays whichever store you go in. Constant sales and the sales staff openly admit to go back at weekends for better deals. We won't be going back.

Spoke to manager, extremely welcoming and friendly, didn't try to push a sale through,all round good experience
