New Mattress.
I had a tour of lots of shops on 03/02/2020 looking for a new king-size mattress. All shops were good in their own way. This shop had nice staff, the product I wanted, at a price that I found reasonable. Delivered today 04/02/2020 by 2 nice men from Braithwaites.
All is great and hoping for a good sleep later!!

Very poor service. I ordered and paid for a stair carpet over 4 weeks ago now. Still not been fitted. First they sent the wrong colour, then they cut it wrong. I have waited in for the carpet fitter to arrive 4 times and he hasn't bothered to turn up. I phoned the store who assured me that they would sort it out but again nothing. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Utter rubbish.
They don't even warrant one star.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Have bought carpet and flooring from the store. Good value, and choice. Fitting reasonably priced and fast service. They are now our first choice.

What a fantastic bunch of blokes this is the place to go for your furniture they simply can't do enough for you I've never known anywhere like this and I've been everywhere coming up to Lancashire form the Midlands made us feel at home honestly they even gave us a brand new sofa to use while ours was being made unbelievable top class lads don't look past this place they will definitely look after ya . Can't recommend them enough. 👍🏻😎

Some really nice sofa's etc and upstairs is a bed centre,one of the owners was very helpful and we ended up buying a 3+2 sofa's and also a new mattress but got a good deal.

Bought both carpet and mattress here in mid may. Carpet in stock and we arranged our own fitter to fit. Mattress due to be in stock within 3 weeks. Chased 4 times with different “stories” it will be here within a couple of days. Chased again and again to be given wrong dates etc. Finally arrived in warehouse and had it delivered only to be hit with a £30 cash delivery charge after the mattress was already in place. When querying this charge (not on invoice or mentioned at any point) to be told by warren that we were aware of the charge and were essentially telling lies about not knowing and that there are signs around the store. He also said that Sean that called us about the delivery told us and he had witnesses’. Extremely rude and obnoxious and hung up the telephone on us. Would have expected a delivery charge however not making customers aware of these costs is incredibly unprofessional and to speak to customers in this poor manner is outrageous. Disappointed as the in store experience was good.
