Vintage Co

I bought some lovely furniture paint that we decorated wooden hearts with last year for Valentines. Vintage Co is a really special job on Baldock's High Street. It is a treat just looking through the shop window at all the beautiful things! Laura

Fantastic find - whether you want to buy a piece of furniture already upcycled or have your own commission. I've now bought a number of pieces from Bronagh who never fails to work wonders on the oldest and ugliest furniture. Inspiring colours and designs make this a go-to place if you want to help the planet a little bit by not buying new.

We recently had Bronagh to paint a wall unit which extended the full length of the sitting room. We found her very enthusiastic and efficient with her time including a lot of detailing as it had many removable shelves. She used fusion paint coloured ash and the final result is very pleasing. We would highly recommend her and look forward to her painting our kitchen cabinets!

We owned a wooden blanket box inherited 20 years ago from my mother which seemed the ideal object for refreshing by Vintage Co. We had often admired the restored items in the window of Vintage Co. Bronagh was very helpful in suggesting a paint colour scheme to suit the new location for the box and came up with idea of a stencil to add poppies to the makeover. The work was carried out swiftly and very carefully. We were delighted with the result.

What a wonderful find! I was struggling to find the right furniture for my new B&B when I walked past Vintage Co. I popped in and immediately found several pieces of furniture that would fit perfectly. Bronagh worked with my colour scheme and chose amazing colours for the different pieces. She also found a chest of drawers that fitted a space perfectly. All the pieces look brilliant and are painted to a high standard. It is a beautiful shop and has lots of lovely bits and pieces. I highly recommend a visit.

This shop is a joy. The furniture is so beautifully renovated & is very individual. Bronagh has a wonderful eye for colour & style & could not be more friendly and helpful. I've had some wonderful advice from her for undertaking my own renovation & am using one of the absolutely stunning colours from her range of furniture paints.
There's even some treats for four legged friends outside just for the passing local dog walkers!

Stumbled upon this shop and saw a lovely painted sideboard, ticked all the boxes just the wrong colour. No problem to repaint in a colour of my choice - huge range, changed the handles and today I took delivery of my fantastic sideboard. Great service, I will be using again. 👍👍
