I called this company on a Saturday & asked if they are interested in buying furniture. After chatting the guy said he was definitely interested & would come see me once someone else turned up. He didn't show, no call.

So I rang them again on Monday, got told "oh didn't the guy come out then"? Was told once again someone will come to mine. Noone showed or no call.

On Wednesday I called again & this time the guy says "I will definitely be out sometime today". I waited in all day, guess what yep no show nor no call.

I tried calling this store on Thursday & the phone rings before someone presses the ignore call button. It happened 4 times on Thursday & twice on Friday!

Absolutely disgusted with the non service, if you're not interested in the items for sale then be honest & day do, don't string someone a long & then deliberately ignore them!!

Ordered a kingsize bed and mattress and had it delivered and when we took the plastic covers off it had rips in both base and mattress. Cheaply made and total rubbish!

I bought a washer dryer from this company and it turns out it wasn't actually as new as they claimed. They said they would deliver at a specific time but turned up at a completely different time which was inconvenient to me. When the 2 men arrived including a particular man named Steve who was very rude and was more interested in the type of property I had that fixed my washer dryer. He refused to do the job of installing the washer dryer even though I had specifically stated that I wanted them to and was willing to pay. I started to get suspicious when he left after trying to install it myself and no water was coming out of the drain. Everytime attempted to call him to arrange another visit to install my washer dryer he would tell me that I should rearrange for another date. I have yet to get in contact with someone to invenstigate this copmany as my dad also bought a washing machine from this company and had to return it within a month. These people are crooks and cowboys. I hope they get closed down and recieve some sort of penalty because I had not been able to wash my clothes for about 7 months and they knew that because they saw my dirty clothes and yet without any sort of copmasion after coming to my property they left me an old washing machine and another washing machine that wasn't funtioning properly. Please do not purchase anything from these people they are after your money or I promise you, you will regret it.

Just bin in for a washing machine as mine broke down and every where online saying 3weeks delivery walked in and with in 2 hours iv got it in my house and to top it off I work in a hospital so having a clean uniform is important now more then ever when he found out where I worked he give me a very kind discount and free delivery thank you very much for ur help
