HSL have chairs and sofas that are supportive for your posture, and Liz was so helpful in helping us choose the right sofa without any pressure :) It also felt very Covid safe - we booked an appointment so we were the only ones in the shop. Thank you!

My elderly mother has been buying chairs from HSL Letchworth for over 40 years and has always been very happy with the service and products. Our visit on Friday was no exception.

Liz was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgable both during the initial phone enquiry and during the visit. A warm honest greeting and excellent service all the way as she made sure we got the exact chair we wanted and no details passed up.

This kind of service, and the excellent product quality I imagine is why this family run business manages to stay in business for so long and no doubt will continue to do so.

Our gratitude for all of your help.

Dear HSL family,

Regarding the recliner mum ordered just on the off chance I wondered if there was any possibility of receiving the item a little sooner that the 6-8 week period.

I totally appreciate these have to be made etc and so understand if not possible.

However I thought to ask as my mother's condition requires that she keeps her legs elevated as much as possible and she is currently using a plastic crate.

Just in case.

Many thanks

David
