Very well stocked. The entire store is pleasant and the staff are welcoming.

Good parking space.

The Oak they use is not Oak as you expect it, it's the cheap sort. The fittings (brackets etc,):do not last and will break after a while as they're also made cheaply. Have a good look round the interior and you'll what I mean. I wouldn't use these again to buy furniture.

IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT - No option to contact Oak Furniture Land via the website once you've ordered. I've called 5 times in the past two weeks for a duration of 1 hour and no answer on each occasion! Absolute **** service. Shame as their product is actually OK whilst their customer service is a joke. AVOID.

Please avoid buying from Oak Furnitureland. This is the second time they delivered broken furniture after waiting for it for more than 7 weeks and now we have to wait further 11 weeks. No apology not accepting responsibility. poor customer service once you purchase goods. Staff in store are great but when you have issues you are nothing but annoying customer. I will not recommend their 0333 400 customer service

High quality wood, very presentable and strong
Lovely collection of wooden bed frames, dining tables and chairs.
Steve was absolutely friendly and guided us to the outlet.

Empty promises of undelivered furniture, and a previous damaged delivery so we shall see....don't hold your breath.
Update : Unable to give zero stars as replacement was worse than the one we sent back. This is a terrible company

Utter shambles of a company. Ordered two sofas and when several months later they arrived, they were the wrong items. Delivery men literally threw out items in their way from the delivery truck (don;t be surpposed if you orders are damaged); they put the sofas in the room and just left them in the room without offering to return even though they now knew they were wrong.
OFL have failed to collect the sofas after a week and today have cancelled the pick up with no alternate date given. Customer service pathetic and unapologetic.
They're just awful.

Easy car parking. Big store with lots of stock. Visited at end of season sale with some good prices. Very helpful and friendly staff (especially Rachel) with good knowledge of products. Resulted in buying nice 3 piece suite, very happy.
