Large, two story store focusing on Next's Home range.

Biggest let down ever. Ordered my Christmas decorations within plenty of time chased them after 3 weeks (no communication from next what so ever) to be told after waiting 18 minutes on hold. Sorry the items are now out of stock we will refund you.

I will say although they messed up terribly it was the courier company used that were mainly to blame. The manager i spoke to was very nice, and gave me faith back in next by listening to me and finding a solution. Due to this i will continue to order from them

Items were very high in quality and in my experience they lasted long. Also the print and designs on the bedding are lovely and they do not wash out when washed which is really nice. Would recommend

Bought lighting, shame it cost another £22 for bulbs.

Looking for replacement lamp shades but didn't have many. One assistant unhelpful the other very nice and very helpful.

Very helpful lady at the till as we were returning a cushion.

Ok selection of home ware and some furniture but no one asked if I needed help
