Great place to shop for furniture. Great range, nothing cheap but you pay for quality I guess. Very friendly staff. Not in your face chasing you.... Available when you need them.

When purchased we made part payment and part finance. We purchased a bed and sofas in November 2021. I advised by the sales advisor, delivery will be end of March. I then received a phone call to say it’s scheduled for 15/04/22.
My bed in the meantime fell apart. The bed is ready but they cannot deliver it because the sofas were not ready. I explained my partner and I both suffer with a bad back and us sleeping on the floor is not doing us any good. I requested if the bed could be delivered and they we were happy to start paying the finance early although sofas are not ready. I was informed that would not be possible. Out of frustration I wanted to cancel the bed and buy from somewhere else only to be told I signed an agreement where I couldn’t cancel the order. My good sales advisor has not made that clear at the time of purchase.
I have now been told it’s scheduled for the 22/05/22. I will then have to wait further few weeks for delivery to be arranged by the store!! I have been waiting for 6 months and the best thing they can do is arrange a £50 deduction. In the meantime my back has deteriorated so much that I am on constant pain relief! I asked for a manager to call me back and was informed 4 weeks ago they’d contact me in 24-48 hours time. I am yet to receive a call. They clearly don’t want their customers going back to them. No wonder why the shop looks dead! It’s clearly on its last leg! Absolutely disgusted by it all! I wouldn’t touch them with a 10 foot pole in the future!

Recently we bought two sofas from AHF Gloucester. After a long waiting period of 8 months the sofa delivered to us. The sofa was assembled by the staff who delivered the item on the spot. Firstly they were failed to notify us that the two legs of one of the sofa was missing. Followed by several phone alls and email from us AHF sent me two legs, but they were the wrong ones, so I contacted the store, who claimed there was nothing they could do and that I should contact main office. I'm still looking for the spares, but I'm not getting anywhere . I'm not sure I can put my faith in this firm. How are they able to provide a lifetime guarantee? Service is awful.

I paid for sofa on Sunday it was delivered next day which was surprising as it was bank holiday staff very good regarding queries I had about sofa and delivery delivery was good staff very helpful

Went in for a sofa staff was very lovely we had Sue we went and got carpet first then come back the next day. She was very helpful and we got out sofa in the Black Friday deal.

I was surprised when I walked in, we actually nearly walked by because I thought it was closed. It used to be full of stuff, but I called in the other day and upstairs is absolutely empty. I walked out after a few minutes. It's got the look, and feel of a shop on its last legs. To me it feels like it's likely to go out of business anytime soon. I'm not saying this is going to happen, but it's got that feeling to me, it's just a feeling I got. I hope I'm wrong and maybe they can turn it around, it wouldn't be the only company to struggle whilst we're going through this pandemic.
