The store is well presented. There are lots of nice gifts and pieces for the home. We made a purchase of furniture after speaking with the nice gentleman there. He was extremely helpful and gave us plenty of ideas and also time to think. Excellent service. This place is always on my list if I'm looking for something a little different.

If you ever want anything a little bit special for the home then this is the place to go. Lovely items, some a little dear but really good quality and that little bit different.

Lovely shop.Everything is good quality and there are a lot of quirky and unusual items. The ladies who served us on our two visits were friendly and v helpful. We bought a clock mirror and two pictures and were told if we got home and decided they weren't for us after all we could take them back.
No need as they are perfect and we will definitely be back.

Lovely shop, could have spent longer in there but I had to get going.

Regularly visit Zing on our visits to Mercia Marina. Have recently purchased a mirror and side tables, which we are delighted with. Have found the staff helpful, and the fact that they have a 28 day returns policy means that you can try your purchases at home, which has encouraged us to buy.

Very helpful and friendly customer service. Easy to deal with and very happy to sort out returns. Thank you all so much we liked the other clock but this one fits our wall so well. Plus it has a stronger battery and a better sized workings for the size of clock.

Lovely shop. Awful member of staff. We went in for a browse and saw a set of ornamental monkeys we liked for £49.
The lady who served us was lovely. She took them to the counter to be wrapped whilst we continued to look round.
I went the the counter to pay and a young girl was wrapping them in bubble wrap. When an older lady with blonde hair (who I now understand is the owner) told the the younger girl she should have used tissue paper rather than bubble wrap. I then said I actually preferred bubble wrap so they were well protected. The older lady then said ‘well we can’t keep giving bubble wrap away’ ! Before stomping off.
I then told them I no longer wanted to spend my money in there and walked out.
On the way out I told the woman how rude she was, to which she mumbled ‘your rude’.
On speaking to staff in another shop on the marina it seemed they knew exactly who I was talking about! Seems she is generally known for being so rude.
If you buy from here I suggest you take your own packaging or expect to be grumbled at!

Excellent service from lady downstairs yesterday who sold us a lamp. Unfortunately the lady upstairs was less than helpful when we went up to look at lamps.
