Love the bedroom set I ordered from here, easy to install and looks great. Brilliant service, lovely people and good communications right through to the delivery. Btw the delivery men were very nice and called before arrival. Highly recommend!

A very positive experience, we initially purchased a dining table but could not decide on chairs. We visited other stores, but returned to vfm where with the help of Denise bought 6 chairs to compliment our table. They matched many of our suggestions moving furniture, going to the storeroom to find new deliveries which could match. They went above their duty to assist us. Really appreciated all the support and aftercare advice we were given. THANKS

Great company! Had to arrange everything via phone due to Covid but the sales assistant (not sure who I spoke to) was super helpful, gave me measurements for everything and arranged for the furniture to delivered within a day! Couldn't be happier, definitely will be buying more furniture here.

Visited this store today for the first time. Super impressed with the quality and quantity of furniture. So much choice. But what impressed us most was the staff. They were all so friendly and lovely. We spent a few hours with Lee who couldn't have done much more to meet our needs. And the manager Naz was a top guy. Went over and above to make sure we left happy, which we did.
Totally recommend this store.

VFM is a great furniture shop, huge choice, great prices and you get the sofas delivered in just a few days. We are so happy with our purchase, the staff are amazing, especially Denise. Definitely recommend.

We did not even know VFM furniture existed until today and to our delight we managed to buy a really good quality dining table and 6 upholstered chairs at a fraction of the price we would pay elsewhere. The staff, in particular Denise who helped us, were all delightful and the manager could not have been more obliging. We will definitely visit again. Thank you all.

Lovely furniture, cushions, ornaments and throws. Worth a look, not very busy, but I think it's cos people haven't seen the great stuff they sell! Reasonable prices too! Worth a visit! You'll be surprised!
