Very happy with the furniture we’ve bought from Hatfields. Always great quality, service and a great range too. We’ve also been really happy with the delivery service as well. The guys have always been very accommodating, friendly and efficient. They brought all the parts to where we wanted it to go, assembled it all in situ and took all of the packaging away. So very happy with the quality and service. We’ll look forward to our next purchase. Great quality, great service, very happy.

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to the team at hatfields. Rod has been more than helpful in arranging safe delivery of our furniture. We have had issues with logistics (stairs) his delivery team have gone above and beyond to help us get the sofa in.

Bought 2 small items of furniture which were faulty on delivery and inspecion due to errors by the manufacturer and not Hatfields. The problems were resolved to my satisfaction due to the outstanding and very helpful customer service team who were professiomal, understanding and cooperative at all times until the matter was resolved. I would well recommend Hatfields without hesitation and will certainly make them my first port of call when shopping for more furniture in the future.

We purchased a sofa from Hatfields Budget & Clearance store and couldn't be more pleased. Not only is the product well made but the customer service we received was outstanding. From the not pushy sales assistant (Ian) who was very knowledgeable & gave us advice on what to look for in a quality sofa to the delivery team who respected our property, delivered on time and called us before they arrived. We also unfortunately had a minor dent in one of the feet, this was quickly resolved and we were kept updated at every stage.
Thank you, Hatfields. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone.

Not the high class customer service of years gone by.I purchased a setee in the main showroom at reduced price, having been assured several times, that a reclining chair could be manufactured in precisely the same design and function. They didn't .The firm wasn't interested and referred me to the T&Cs. Extremely disappointed.

Having had long overdue extensive decorating done over the past few months we must extend a huge thanks to the various staff at Hatfields for their service in storing 2 x sofas and a bed pre-purchased for us in their warehouse for 3 months whilst the work was carried out (Jessica and team). Many thanks to Donna Surgey for liaising with us and Axminster to secure the lounge/diner and stairs carpet for us and keeping us fully informed of the delivery into their warehouse and arranging the fitting with Peter and Darren who did an excellent and professional job. A special thank you to French Fitzgerald for assisting us in the recent ordering of several items of lounge/dining room furniture and her patience in answering the many questions and special requests in organising fabric samples and arranging with the manufacturers an alteration to one of the items. We have yet to receive the furniture but are sure that we will continue to receive the professional and friendly service we have enjoyed so far. From our various experiences with several departments throughout the store so far, we would not hesitate in recommending Hatfields to anyone looking to purchase high quality furnishings with great service from the friendly staff handled in a very professional manner. Absolutely shocking. Over 7 months waiting for our furniture which we have been told is still in a Container. So it hasn't been made in the UK then. Wish we'd never seen this store. Have been told that the manufacturer isn't being forthcoming and there are loads, like us, who are not happy at the waiting time. Dread to think what state it will be in when/if we ever receive it. Over £5,000 worth so a good order.

Edited 30th October 2022 - It's 8 months now. We've been offered a voucher for £125 for late delivery which we've accepted. Better than nothing, but to be honest I don't want to buy anything from this store ever again. I'm dreading what the furniture will look like anyway. Absolutely disgusted. We went there because of their past reputation being so good, but from what I've read it's shot to pieces now.

Edited 4th December 2022 - We've now had a phone call saying that our furniture will not be here now until January 2023. They're not even sure if it's been made yet as it's coming from Lithuania. What happened to British workmanship. We can't get our money back either. It's a disgrace. Had we known all this at the time of buying, and putting down a deposit, we would have walked out of the shop. I'll edit again if we ever receive it.

Our furniture is still in Lithuania. It is now 5 months over the date it should have been delivered which was September 2022. We have told Hatfields that we will be taking them to the Small Claims Court. They have refunded our money. End of.

I would like to help anyone that is considering buying garden furniture from this store to seriously reconsider. They offer a very limited guarantee period with what they call a 5 year care service. Unfortunately from my experience the care service is as limited as the guarantee. If the furniture that you purchased is no longer available there is no care!
I have friends that paid considerably less than I paid who’s furniture is in a far better condition. That’s not difficult considering that my corner sofa is held together with cable ties!!
Under the glass protected table, large pieces are missing from the rattan weave.
Don’t get me wrong, I have been offered £417 of my next garden furniture purchase but who in their right mind would buy more furniture when their previous purchase fell to bits within a few years?
I have had someone out to look at it, not from Hatfields’s, they didn’t offer, & I’ve been told that the furniture either wasn’t treated properly or possibly not at all.!!
The rattan has just harden & split open!!!
If you would like to buy quality garden furniture with a 7 year guarantee I suggest that you buy from Moda. Similar price but better guarantee & customer service
