I have to say I was impressed by the quality and service received from Kennedy's from sale to delivery I would recommend this company, and I would use them again without hesitation. Thank you so much Kennedy's.

Easily found a suitable mattress at a reasonable price. Delivery was arranged for the next day. Received a phone call in the afternoon to ask if they could deliver now!! Excellent service. Would recommend.

Good quality furniture let down by a poor delivery service. I purchased a folding oak dining table and two chairs, which were excellent. However, the two delivery men drew the bemused attention of me and several of my neighbours by obviously having little idea of how to carry these (unwrapped and unsecured) items into my property. The table immediately crashed into the main building entrance door on arrival and instead of stacking one chair on top of the other in traditional classroom fashion, I was later told that each chair was held loosely at either side of the other worker. Luckily no lasting damage was evidently caused, but that was attributable to the strength of the oak rather than the skill of the men.

I shudder to think how a new wardrobe would survive this careless treatment, but won't find out because it is highly unlikely that I would consider this shop again. Their sheer ineptitude has already lost them at least £1,500 of my intended business. Buy at your own risk or hire a van would be my simple advice.

Lady in shop not particularly friendly on entering, just kept head down and paid no attention to customers.. made it feel uncomfortable and therefore would potentially stop a revisit
