Furniture Outlet Store chain has 3 outlet stores and I have always found something really amazing at the most economical price.
They have range of beautiful sofas, rugs, dining sets and beds at all of their locations.
Floor staff is very helpful!

A bit out of the city but still very accessible through bus and tube if you don't want to drive. Decent collection of reduced price furniture with any imperfections clearly listed. The process is straightforward - you browse, pick, pay, and get stuff delivered. Saw the staff helping people with questions and the whole atmosphere was very open and friendly. The place is very well lit and there were no weird shadows on items to dilute the colour or make details harder to see. Great place for a bargain deal.

So happy with our new suite! No long waiting times like most furniture shops and all in time for the festive season. Looks gorgeous!

I have recently bought a sofa from them. They told me it would be all brand now in perfect condition. I have received the sofa ALL BROKEN!!’ I was IN SHOCK when I received the sofa!!! I keep calling the store but store manager says he will send someone to fix but doesn’t know when … they have charged me 2600£ and they don’t have customer care at all!!! Never never never never again!!! I urge everyone to be very careful if you thinking to buy from them!! There is 0 customer service awful customer care policy!!! U will pay and receive broken products and left out! We earn money in very hard conditions and we pay them despite record high living costs! They simple don’t care take the money and kick u out! I have been polite and called them many times but all I get someone will contact me which they never

Quite close to my house about 5 or 10 minutes drive depending upon traffic. I never realised that I was passing this furniture outlet place everyday I travel to work via Rainham. What a great place. Got the piece of furniture I needed there for 99 quid. Very pleased with the furniture. I will definitely be going back to this outlet just to look at the furniture. Very clean building. Customer service is great. Carried furniture out into my car, handshake, job done.

Nice collection of furniture, including sofa, tables, beds, chair and other furniture. Only problem is the sofa which pairs are difficult to find as they have many varieties but you are lucky if you get the same. Anyway store is huge.
