Purchased a Vispring mattress from this store for over £1000. Informed it would be a 4 week lead time (which sealed the deal for us as it was a quicker turnaround than other suppliers). After 4 weeks passed, there was no contact… not even an email/text. I called the store to be told that the order would now take a further 2-3 weeks! Informed by store that the delay was due to Vispring and was out of their control. So, I telephoned Vispring myself… codswallop! Vispring informed me there are only delays on orders with headboards (which I didn’t order). Terrible communication and dubious excuses. Lesson learnt - shall not be supporting this local we store again. Back to online shopping in future!

Went to view beds and new mattresses got a lovely surprise the gentleman upstairs helped me and my mum so well we got a bed and mattress on the sale so looking forward to my delivery day x

We love this store, got loads of furniture from here and the quality and service is better than we’ve had from any other furniture store. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

The staff were friendly and helpful when we went to the store. My husband and I weren’t available when they came to deliver and fit our sofa so my mum oversaw the process. She said they were very cheerful and efficient, our sofa was delivered and fitted in a matter of visits and she didn’t have to lift a finger. She was so impressed she asked me to leave this google review.

Very disappointing service….. No ownership by staff when delivery promises are not kept and no apology. Looking at reviews, many have had similar experiences before me . This is the last time that I buy from this retailer

Have some nice furniture. Unfortunately usual sales people on commission laying down the patter and trying to stitch you up. Antiquated retail model. Best to look in store and buy online.
