We were served by Faisal who was absolutely fantastic, we highly recommend if you visit the Leicester store. We found him thoroughly helpful, he listens to what you are looking for, is not pushy and left us to think about our choices. We went back after a week or so to place the order. We found the whole experience dealing with Faisal really professional and helpful. Very happy customer - thank you Faisal !

We were served by faisal, he informed us of all the options, gave in-depth detail and price options that were within our budget. Absolutely Great A star service, very polite and friendly. Thank you and we will be retuning :)

Excellent experience all round. Very pleasant and well stocked showroom and Faisal Qureshi went above and beyond with his knowledge, advice and patience. He was also happy to leave us alone when we wanted to browse and ponder.

Spoke with Ash Rana from Fosse Park Leicester on 3 separate occasions and the service was amazing. There was no pressure to buy. However since we have placed our order the service has been poor. I have called several times to get in touch with him as I need to delay my order due to home improvements not been completed (which he knew from the start) and I now have sofas coming in 2 weeks with no where to put them. Typical sales, get their sale and then no customer service following that.

Never answer the phone I have tried to call them on 10 different occasions now and can’t get through to them. My table was delivered and it was completely the wrong order. Having to call loads of different teams to get an investigation sorted to understand why my order arrived and it was incorrect. In total waiting around 30 weeks after placing my order to receive it. In summary don’t waste your time.

We visited the Leicester store to purchase a new sofa. All of the staff we spoke to were professional & knowledgeable. We were offered complimentary coffee & cookies & weren't rushed into making a decision. Any questions we had were answered & explained.
Our sales consultant was Faisal; again he was polite & professional & very helpful. Thank you for making our buying experience, a positive one.

We came to buy a sofa and some dining chairs. Was met by Shak upon arrival and was extremely helpful with explanations and help with choosing what we wanted. Didn’t put any pressure on us and was very respectful towards our decisions. Would highly recommend

The after sale customer service cannot be poorer. We spent nearly £800 on a mattress, which has a manufacturing defect and it has caused me severe backache. We went to the shop and asked for advice and were advised to call/email the customer service team. It took 30 mins waiting before reaching the them on the phone. But they told us to fill in the form online. We filled the form online, the customer service called, but rejected to talk to me due to my husband having filled in the form and not me. They said they would call back again within 1 day. But this never happened. We had to email them again, and then they finally called. Appallingly, they hung up the phone when we answered the call! What kind of customer service would that be? They have setup their system to be impossible to call back.
It’s been two weeks but we still not be Abel to approach the Customer Care Team.
We really hope someone from Furniture Village, whom could actually help, would contact us to solve the issue.
