All of the staff we had dealings with were lovely, especially the SAGE coffee machine gentleman, who really knew his products and specifications .... It is nice to see a Team really working well together.... Thank you for making shopping a lot more bearable..🤭

Well, I don't visit very often JL...many reasons, subjective ones ( I am poor and cheap to name a few) but when I do.... mamma Mia! I spend hours sniffing reed diffuser and other ours watching spoons range. Have a picture of what I am thinking about?

Black Friday 2022 Horrible experience at John Lewis the technology floor manager ms Daniel refused to explain why her staff don’t need to disclose the refund policy upon purchasing an item, be aware that if you change your Mind upon purchasing a technology item and return it, they won’t refund you or probably ms Daniel is lazy to do her job. One of the 2,,, not happy about it go online she said,,,

What can I say …. Great quality items, can be pricey but then you get what you pay for. I find frequently that when I try to save money and buy cheaper items, I later regret it due to the poorer quality of the cheaper item. It’s not always the case but I am sure that many people can draw parallels with this.

Not what it was. Service has slipped from among the best to below average. Staff, sorry, partners, would rather chat to each other than help customers. Out of stock of desired items. Disappointing visit.

Very helpful staff member in ladies shoe department. Los of wonderful choice and bargains to be had in sale. Toilets very tired.

Absolutely love this shop. I am always leaving this shop with a smile on my face. I always end up buying more than I shouldve . Today's buy was this beautiful canvas. I also brought these diffusers...and omg my house smells divine all the time. The smell goes all the way upstairs. I love it
