Emma and her husband delivered my bedroom furniture , with such care, such customer service is so very hard to find these days , very helpful in the shop with such a beautiful selection of furniture and accessories to spoil you for which to take home , would highly recomend a visit , you will find it hard to come out of shop empty handed , thank you all for all of your help , I will be back 😊

I have been buying from Emma Jayne for years. I frequently went to their shop when it was in Heswall. My whole house is full of their products. It's a bit more difficult now they've moved to Ness although nearer, they don't open every Saturday, only the last Saturday of the month, though they've been very quick to offer to open if I wanted to go and look for something and it's not the last Saturday. I'm retired now, so no problems, I can go when I wish

I would definitely recommend a visit, all their products are beautiful and they've even started to stock Susie Watson cushions, which I adore and either had to order on line or visit to the shop in Sussex! Now I can go to Emma Jayne. Both Emma and Becks are extremely helpful. Sue - Chester

There is no denying the products from Maison By Emma Jane are beautiful but I had a terrible experience ordering from them. On two separate occasions I made an online order to which both were cancelled due to not having the items in stock. On the second occasion I was contacted, by email, 5 days after payment had been received to say the products weren’t going to arrive. I was offered another item that was in stock but it was more expensive and I was expected to pay the difference. I expressed my disappointment by replying to their email to which I received a lengthy email back which came across quite rude. I won’t be ordering from them anymore but would suggest to anyone who does to get in contact with them first to confirm what they are ordering is definitely in stock and when they could expect item to arrive. It is worth mentioning that I was refunded on both occasions back to my PayPal account.
