From start to delivery the service I received was nothing short of amazing. I was treated extremely well and made to feel very valued. Nothing was too much trouble and I was given their valuable time to make my final decision. Sam was brilliant the whole process and I’m so grateful for the professionalism and support she provided. Adam who delivered the sofas was also great. The best customer service I’ve received in years. The bonus is the sofas are even better than I imagined. Superb quality and are perfect.

We had the chance of meeting 4x members of the team and every one of them was extremely helpful and lovely. We're very looking forward to receiving our new sofa and bed and would definitely recommend their services in the future.

Great service in store, lovely staff, no problems with order and excellent delivery service. All very good.
Purchase of 2 seater Moderna as occasional sofa (not main sofa). Currently very firm to sit on but guess it will soften with use.
My only wish is that some more bright colour fabrics were available (bright green, magenta, etc) ..reason for 4 , not 5 stars.

I bough an ex-display Cupertino desk and a chair. Dee and Sam helped me a lot by sharing photos of the items and arranging a delivery. Could not be more happy with the service!

Very friendly customer service and excellent delivery (except for a slight delay on the second item of the order). But the store team were very good at keeping us updated on the delivery and the delay on the second item. The delivery team were also very professional. Plus, the furniture itself is amazing, as expected.
