Billboard Furniture

I've never experienced such poor customer service. Very incompetent and poor manners. I was soo happy to finally buy x2 bunk beds for my children as a surprise but Billboard furniture took all the excitement from it. People please think twice before purchasing from them. The headaches they'll give u with delivery is honestly not worth it. I am finally got items delivered and now more headaches trying to get them to assemble which they've received Payment for already 😭😭

Worst worst furniture company out there AVOIDDD at all costs! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing the ILFORD boys ANKIT & DARMESH have mugged me. My entire bedroom furniture came upto £2400 they mark my items delivered on divide buy and have been taking payments from me when I haven’t received my furniture. I was promised a date however 2 weeks later when they finally said they’re going to deliver everything “their driver accidentally breaks my mirrored dressing table” and I was sent two wrong bedside drawers, my bed was not fixing because the holes were not made in line with the foot board and headboard, my mattress apparently could not be taken to the first floor! Disgusting scammers especially ANKIT I think he’s the ilford store manager his behaviour is disgusting this business will lose all their customers.

Just received my marble table and 4 velvet plush chairs. Really impressed with the item. Looks a lot more expensive than what i paid, saw the same set for more than double the price with a few retailers so glad i purchased from here. quick delivery and delivery drivers were helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend

I am so disgusting and I would like to worn other pepole do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BILDBORD FURNITURE. I have a bort
a dubble bed from the shop in Dalston shopping centre. They are the biggest lies and the most nun trusted people. They promise they will fix anything that brakes and all those promise and never keep to it. They book a day for somone to come to fix or see the problem and say its a whole day appointment I'm waiting all day no one comes. They have nothing to say no sorry nothing. I feel like the furniture is weaker then the other company I have the same bed as my sons just different sizes bort 3 years before from a different store . If your looking for a good trusted company to get your furniture this is NOT it. Run as far as possible.

Made a purchase from the Lewisham branch and their customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced, delay after delay on delivery and not even a courtesy phone call. When unit was finally delivered it was built incorrectly with the doors not closing properly. I should have read the reviews first!!!. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
