Bought furniture for our house, 2 sofas and a table.
After few weeks table legs are start coming off, we tried to fix it but it wouldn't last.
Contacted Istikbal and informed them about the furniture.
They came and took one of the leg of the table stated they will come back soon to put it back on.
We waited for 6 months until we get to the store by yourself and request for a refund/replacement.
Lady over there, claiming to be the manager/owner of the business displayed the worse ever customer services example and refused to help.
They took the table and the leg and eventually we have no options but to contact Trading Standards.
It's been few months they didn't even call us and apologise for the service or asked for help and return the table.
Please avoid them at all cost and
Do Not Buy From Them !!!!
I would recommend anyone who is looking for quality and beautiful furniture to pop in to Istiikbal .
The police told them it civil matter .. it was all recorded on my fone. From the police info speak to them it seems high level complaints againgst them but police say civil matter.
DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE.
He forgot he sent message beg mi lady meet him private coffee chat etc. He is married with a son.
I Must Point Out As I Did Few Days Later, That We Had Great Delivery / Fitment The Next Day And Established A Friendship The Fitter.
You also forget that police attended the store that evening and told your man in store that evening they were wrong in how they handled the entire issue and while I got angry I had good reason to do so plus events recorded live on Facebook that evening shows the staff been aggressive to the police etc, even after the Police spoke to you, your man in store that night was been rude threatening to the police. Plus try arrange delivery or full refund.
As I said before, the fitter Chris came and he will tell you no issues and present home etc family etc!
The Manager needs accept that the staff in store misbehaved and was also threatening my lady that night before police came and she had to remind him it was recorded and will push police action if he try touch her or put her out the store.
Worse is that you The Store Owner texted Ms Wilson by text say to meet him for a coffee private as she nice lady and want be friends!
Yet you the manager / owner is married with a young son. So sir, please do not threaten me blackmail. I have lifted your rating to 2 stars . Be glad. Matter is closed!
Say it loud clearly your man the store that day handled things wrongly and your actions as married man asking my partner privately to meet you for coffee n biscuits chat is very rude disrespectful.
I would suggest drop it as misfortune incident or I post copy your text and let's see how your customers / family, wife and friends and business associates will view your behavior.
You need FIRE that person in your shop.
Saturday before our incident of how you had a couple was complaining of keep ask you repair faulty table and Misrepresent it was certain type glass it was not and constant delays to rectify and their son had to explain Tempered glass / normal glass. THEY WERE UNHAPPY YOU AND YOUR STORE.
I had to step in and tell them best go Lee Glass Shop and buy Tempered glass etc. You thanked me!
To this extent as I said before, your delivery man / fitters and us had great experience the next day.
They also told us you never asked them of any deliveries the day before / fitting etc!

Remember that when you sell any item you must by law highlight your T&C .. terms conditions and circle them and the buyer signs it as to Refund / Deposit / Cancelation Policy. You cannot just surprise them later with it.
