Baca is the worse furniture store I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with a few in my time. Their so called customer service is hideous, these people should not be in business. If I could give them 0 star I would as that is exactly what they deserve. On the 28 December 2017 my brother and I went in and I purchased a wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bed side tables for him and at the time we were given a delivery date of 5 to 7 weeks, it is now May 2018 and still no delivery. He has been given one excuse after another, having problems with the manufacturer, could not deliver due to snow and the list goes on. He was finally given a delivery date of 7 May and surprise surprise more excuses, he was told the wardrobe was damaged and so they would change it for a similar one and deliver on 12 May and you guessed it no delivery and not even a telephone call. Do not use these people as they will take your money and all you will get in return to bad attitude and excuses.
