I visited scorpio furniture once, they’re management and staff are so friendly that they made me feel like part of their family. they have beautiful home furnishings and plants, unique mirrors, and chandeliers, chaise lounge. I did not expect a medium shop in Manor Park to look so high end with amazing prices.. I will be visiting again soon

I bought my sofa set from Scorpio Furniture and it was definitely worth the wait. We were very specific about what we wanted and the team at Scorpio completely understood that. They also gave us so much help and advice on how we could design our living space. Overall, very happy with their service 👍

Overall, a very disappointing and utterly unpleasant experience.

I have recently dealt with a lady, by the name of Halima. I have never experienced such unprofessional and rude treatment, by someone who is supposedly running a 'small family' business. I regret that I came across her furniture shop and I would warn everyone not to engage into buying from them, unless you can deal with the headache.

I have ordered a bed which 1) came 3 days later than it should have, 2) came with the wrong mattress and 3) looks different than it did in their catalogue. I am now trying to return the item as per their Refund and Return policy on their website, which according to the lady owner is merely a 'dummy' text used on their website which they do not operate in accordance with.

Now that they have cashed in £400 for a bed that is not as displayed in their catalogue (with a £10 discount after various calls and complaints of them not delivering on the date and not even calling to announce - with various excuses - either she was in hospital, either the van broke down etc) they will of course refuse to take it back and offer a refund.

This would have never been an issue with online orders, hence my warning to you to be careful when you are dealing with this shop.

I understand there is another very nice and professional owner by the name of Imran, however I had the misfortune of dealing with the extremely rude and aggressive Mrs Halima.

I have awarded 1 star, however if I had a choice, I would have awarded 0.

One of the worst places to get your furniture from. Waited 6 months for a furniture piece and ended up getting a refund. This is after multiple back and forth with the rude lady that works here. She has no customer service whatsoever and just said I don’t care our suppliers have been given the order.

You are better off sitting in your garden and making your furniture yourself than ordering from this shop! Extremely bad experience!

Bought a bed for my kids, Imran gave me the best experience I have had, came in fixed everything, no hassle. 100% will be returning. Would certainly recommend Scorpio if you are looking for high quality at a bargain!

Very happy with the service provided at scoprio furniture, recieved a good quality wardrobe, with excellent delivery - drivers very careful with the product and fitter arrived doing an excellent job in brining it together. good finishing. Customer service at the shop was friendly and helpful, item was on sale, best price for the service i found locally. Highly recommend this shop, communication was spot on regarding delivery - any delays etc.

Just got out Delivery of our brand new sofas today😁. Really happy with the sofas great quality and colour we got exactly as what we saw in the magazine images. I would really advice Scorpio Furniture LTD to anyone looking to buy new furniture really friendly customer service and amazing value for money, with unbeatable prices in the whole area.👌

Lovely owners .. I went in to the shop and chose a sofa I liked and was also offered a coffee which was nice .. they where very friendly .. I came back the next day and paid for the sofa I wanted and spoke to the wife who was equally as nice .. sofa was delivered two days later .. I love it .. was put in the room and set up for me .. Happy customer
