From the first moment, she was helpful, efficient and patient. She answered all my questions and helped me decide on the design of the furniture and also the colour of the wood; by sending me lots of pictures of furniture which was available in the showroom. She helped me efficiently at all steps of my order.
Then for after order service, I had a pleasure to contact Sylvie, who managed to arrange the delivery of the furniture before Christmas even in the pandemic situation. She was very efficient and helpful.
Then I had a pleasure to meet Adrian for delivery and assembly of the furniture. He was very friendly, polite, organised, tidy, professional and hardworking. The delivery was fast and the assembly was very efficient.
The Martin bed and the Ginevra nightstand are excellent in solid, sturdy wood and also they look beautiful in dark grey. My son loves his new furniture.

On both occasions, Valentina provided custom-made solutions that are not merely fit for purpose, but instead exude personality and improve the atmosphere in the room, which is exactly what interior design should do.
Furthermore, the perceived quality of the Italian furniture provided is outstanding, even to an untrained eye.
In our experiences, the service has been flawless as well, as the installation was done on schedule and very professionally (the guys assembling the furniture left everything tidy).
In short, we are very pleased with Valentina and Living Space UK, and we plan to use their services again.

Hefty prices.

Delays in fitting my wardrobe, blame given to the Italian company for sending the wrong size of a bespoke wardrobe. I had to wait another month in order to have it fitted.
During first attempt of installation, my brand new wooden floor has been scratched; again blame given to the Italian company for sending a “sharp” base of the wardrobe which then scratched the floor.
I got in touch with Spencer (?general manager/owner) who promised me that a compensation would have been given to me once he heard back from the Italian manufacturing company. Several attempts to chase this with many emails have been made by me, no reply from customer service or Spencer.
A month after, they turned up to my home address unexpectedly with the intention to fit the wardrobe which was the correct size I have ordered in the first place (customer service did not confirm with me the day of the second attempt to install the wardrobe).
My floor at that point wasn’t fixed or polished yet due to non-existing communication from customer service. On the same day I spoke to Spencer, who promised me that this will be fixed in a second instance if I allow the fitter to come in and fit the wardrobe because sending them back would only cost him lots of money.
I trusted his word, he asked me to get a quote from the company who installed the floor, which I did and he would have asked a second company to give a second quote in order to make the claim.
This was the last time I have heard from him and customer service. No reply to email ever since. This was in March.
I wish I had read reviews before agreeing to buy furniture from them!
For sure, I won’t recommend this showroom/company to anyone and I’ll never buy not even a chair from them again.
Wow. Never been treated like this by a shop before. Wouldn’t even let us enter the store to take a look around, even though they don’t specify that you need an appointment either on their google listing, or on the shopfront. Would give them a 0 if I could.
Edit: fixed a typo and thanks to the person that responded. We buzzed a couple of times and then knocked thinking that the buzzer wasn’t working, but your designer came out looking irritated and pretty much shoo’d us away immediately, without offering any alternative times for us to come back. Hope others have a much better experience.
