Very happy with our sofa! Truly great quality.
It is so comfortable we consider it as our new family member :) The wide range of colours to chose from was impressive.
Delivery was later than the original date, but it was well worth waiting and to be honest we weren't that surprised due to all the issues caused by Covid.
Customer service was pleasant to deal with, delivery guys were super helpful.

Great customer service. Kept us abreast of all the manufacturing delays that were outside of their control. Once the settees arrived in the country we had prompt delivery and installation. The settees are excellent, justifying the publicity from Lazy-Boy that they are the best! :-)

Very high quality sofa, beautifully made. We had the last one for 16 years without a problem. Great people to deal with too, always putting the customer first. Prices are reasonable for superb quality furniture.

If only we had known about Just4Sofas before. What a pleasure it has been in buying our suite from this company. Having had a very bad experience with one of the large furniture retailers we were a bit skeptical about ordering from a smaller company. However, we needed have worried as Just4Sofas looked after us from start to finish. They even loaned us a two seater reclining sofa whilst we were waiting for our suite to be made. This arrived 3 days after informing them that we were sitting on two very old uncomfortable conservatory chairs ! How grateful were we......... The service that we received was really superb.
There is no pressure put upon you when you visit the showroom unlike the big stores who jump on you the minute you walk through the door as they receive a commission on what they manage to sell to you !! We purchased our suite from the Fareham Branch in Hampshire and the lady, who's name I think was Sue, (apologies if I have your name wrong) was very informative and helped us understand all the different types of leathers that were available and what would be best for us. After our purchase, we had the pleasure of dealing with Paul in the Cambridge office. He kept us fully informed of the progress of our order at all times. This is something that we very much appreciated especially as we had received such an awful service from one of the main larger sofa companies. Please do not bother going anywhere else for your new leather suite as you will be wasting your time. We thoroughly recommend Just4Sofas. Good service is hard to find in this day and age. The quality of our suite is superb and extremely comfortable. We only have one regret, we wished we had found this company sooner...!!!

The experience in the Fareham store was very professional from viewing, trying and through to ordering. It was estimated up to 12 weeks but because of shipping problems there was a long delay. Paul constantly kept in touch by updating progress. It is now here 2 days before Christmas with 2 very happy customers.

My husband and I bought our 2 Winchester LA-Z-Boy recliners from the Fareham Just4Sofas store. These were to replace our original two LA-Z-Boys, which were 31 years old and bought in California. We trusted the brand after all their wear and tear, including the weight of a big Labrador on my lap! The new chairs were delayed by a couple of months, because of Covid-19, but have been well worth the wait. Paul was exceptional in keeping us informed and responded immediately to any queries. The chairs were delivered as scheduled, by two men from Humber Services, who were very accommodating, as we’re hard to find! We now have a chair each to ourselves, as sadly our Labradors didn’t survive as long as the previous chairs!
We have no hesitation in recommending Just4Sofas.
