Very disappointed with G&G. I decided to buy through this company as i thought I would get a certain level of customer service and quality. I bought a string of pom pom fairy lights online. I paid £6 delivery. Upon receiving the order, I was very surprised to see the quality of the product was not at all what I would expect from a company that markets itself as 'a cut above the rest'. Their prices certainly reflect that.

The item I bought retailed at £30. The lights were coated in an orange TISSUE paper, which in my opinion would not last long. The battery pack and lights were of poor quality, something you could pick up in a market for under a fiver. The product was cheap and tacky, and upon my contacting the company to return the product I was told that I could NOT return to a store, but would have to pay £10 to have the item collected by a courier. I was very disillusioned and upset. This is a classic example of a company with great marketing, but no quality control. I will not be buying through this company again and will discourage people to do so too.

I ordered a voucher for a wedding. They charged me GBP3.75 to send it t to me via Standard Mail. Seven business days later, the voucher still has not arrived. The shop was not able to resolve the issue and referred me to customer service. The self-declared "excellent" customer service with its "amazing" advisors had me wait for a while (just under 10 minutes) before even taking the call, only to tell me that there was nothing they could do and that they would send me an email - probably this afternoon. An outright disappointing experience: avoid!

I used to love Graham&Green but after having encountered their 'customer service', I have now asked to be removed from their mailing list. Bought 2 cushions for £90. After only 3 weeks of use in the sofa (as the products are sold for), both cushions had pulled threads and looked shabby. I believe this is what you call NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. However G&F's customer service appears to think that this is what can be expected from £45 cushions... They have repeatedly refused to refund/repair/replace the goods. Such poor service. They may think they are a premium brand, but this is definitely not how a premium brand reacts when they receive complaints. Very disappointed. If you buy from them do a thorough risk assessment on the product before using it... actually - just don't buy from them!

Fantastic service from two different staff members at the Elgin crescent store. Received two sheepskin rugs and needed to change colours. They were so kind showing my the various options and had no problem making the exchange despite us not having the receipt. Also called another store to try and reserve an item for us and took the trouble to find out it was damaged and give us the option of taking it or not. This kind of service will keep me coming back. Thanks to your young, super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Well done G and G x

Expected better customer service from this company having spent a significant amount of money with them! Broken lamp and 2 broken chairs and was told out of 1 year warrenty so they wouldn't do anything (even thought the lamp is only a few days over and the chairs I've technically not had out of boxes for less than a year)! I'd expect this kind of level of service from Argos and paying Argos prices if I'd expect nothing less but paying graham and green prices I expect more! This is my second and final bad experience with them as I won't be using them anymore!

I have been a costumer at this store for many years.
I purchased a pillow from their store that cost 40 £ a couple weeks ago. The product RIPPED IN JUST A WEEK! It was completely destroyed, as both the sewing had come off from the sides and the button had fallen off. When i took it to the store, one of the store employees (a bald man) claimed that I was lying when I told him that I had not misused the pillow.
He was very rude and not helpful at all.
I am very displeased with this store and will not promote it to my friends any more.

I bought some Xmas lights from here which turned out to be faulty. The manager who’s name I cannot remember but Isabelle went above and beyond for me to not only get me another set of lights but she explained that she managed to repair my faulty lights and why they didn’t want to give them back to me.
Friendly staff and love all the trinkets that you find in there.

This store is a veritable treasure-trove. Every nook and cranny has some great homewares and ever changing stock. A real eye for design.

Such an asset to the area and a perfect place for gifts or simply to indulge.

Always very charming staff
