Quite a find outside of London. Converted deco cinema. Huge selection of mirrors and chandeliers. Some great specimens of large scale not seen often. Furniture again tends to be large-scale. A bit too much chrome & glass for my taste, but there are also traditional pieces. You can even order a Gothic brick & stone garden folly.

I ordered an item on the 20th December and have had to chase this company with three emails. I was told a 6 weeks ago delivery was imminent and after waiting 2 weeks, I emailed again and have received no reply. I have emailed again tonight but don't hold out much hope.

Other companies have this chair in stock in the UK and can deliver within 5 days.

I would advise to avoid Grays of Worcester. You are better spending a little more for items to be delivered within a reasonable time and receive better communication.

*update 27/2/22 - after my initial 1 star review (something I don't usually post) - the company contacted me and the item was delivered a week later. The item is lovely, however the service/communication was sub par. I've amended my rating to reflect this)

What a surprise to find this beautiful theatre which has been transformed into a very classy furniture shop.

Mind blowing piece of Cinema Deco Architecture. The furniture was equally stunning. A place to visit even if you don't need furniture. I will be going again.

I visited Grays as I like to browse the lovely furniture and gifts. I bought two stag head decanters, but after unwrapping them, the silver stag head stoppers are not the same, one of them has some silver bits missing. , and is therefore poor quality and needs to be returned. I sent Dave, the owner an email, but as I didn't hear back, we tried to call him about it, a few weeks later. He said they needed polishing, but I bought a brand spanking new product, and it needs polishing? I just wanted to return them, so I called him a few days later. He said there was nothing wrong with them, he would post me a 'blue cloth', then the line went dead....? I tried again, said the line rang off, he said he was in the store room, could he ring me back, I asked if he had my number...he said to email him, I said I'd tried that already with no reply...the line went dead again. You know what? I did send him another email, gave him a week to reply...nothing, so here I am writing to say this was a very unprofessional, rude attitude...my warning is, buyer beware what you buy, when it's out of the door......there'll be no comeback.
