Beautiful lighting, bought some different sets of LED lights and chandeliers at reasonable price. The staff was friendly and helpful too. I would recommend to friends and family.

Terrible customer service. Brought a 3 different lights from the store. One turned was installed for less than 2 weeks and it stopped working, the manager refused to give us a refund for the fault item.

It was not mentioned previously that they would not provide refund especially for faulty items. They like to take your money, but not actually care about what they sell to you, whether its good quality or not 🤷‍♀️

Very unprofessional.
If you deal with one individual, you will have to keep dealing with the same man and wait until he is back from holiday. There is no system.
I bought 6 chairs, delivered to my house. 2 of the new chair legs were short so I had to send them back get repaired. Waited few weeks to get prepared when I called to chase they said the guy you dealt with is on holiday and wait for few days. If its a business, a business should deal with customers. No one is responsible and accountiable.

Owned by a friend....amazing furniture...do visit if you need good furniture
