BoConcept Notting Hill

This review is not about the service or the store it is about the products, their sofas and TV cabinet.
On the outside they look very nice but they are made very very cheaply. For the money you pay the quality should be a lot better!!
We got a sofa from them and within weeks we realised we could have spent our money better!!
I would honestly say they are on the same quality level as IKEA and IKEA prices are very good!!
You're paying for a very slick design and image.

We visited the showroom on Saturday morning, and Ania was extremely helpful. She showed us a variety of pieces of furniture, indicated how they could be customised and then was super prompt pricing it for us. She even prepared a 3D of how the pieces would look in a room.

I had ordered wall cabinets from boconcept. The design team was very helpful. However, the delivery and installation process left a lot to be desired for. The delivery team arrived without heads-up and they got mad at me when I asked to wait for 30 minutes. Then it turns out they didn’t have the equipment to install the cabinets. I had paid my contractor extra to get the works done sooner so the boconcept team could install the cabinets on time. The delivery guys didn’t realize that my contractor was polish speaking as well and apparently they did have the equipment to install it but they were just slacking off and wanted to get on with their day. After they left, I complained to boconcept and they agreed to compensate me for the deep cleaning that I had scheduled already for Saturday and rearrange installation for Monday. One of the delivery guys called me in the evening and was upset that I had complained about him and he insisted on coming to my place on Saturday to fix things up without involving boconcept. Apparently boconcept had told him that i was upset because of him only even though i had complained about the entirety of service. This was out of line and made me very uncomfortable. I have escalated the lack of professionalism on boconcept’s part and have yet to hear from them. Moreover, they never made good on their promise of compensating for cleaning.
The biggest issue is that no team took responsibility for this episode or making sure that the complete service/product was delivered till the end.. When I reached out to the sales rep from notting hill store who took my order, she exculpated herself entirely from this episode rather than helping me resolve it

The whole experience of buying my sofa was great from start to finish. The guy in the shop was super helpful on every interaction we had. The logistic teams were great too, as were the guys who delivered the sofa. Super polite, friendly and efficient.

Excellent personal service. We have recently bought a chair and table from this branch. We got excellent service from Zainab who took us through the full range of options for living rooms chairs and the possible coverings for them. Way better than Heals. And, the furniture itself seems excellent. Sleek Scandi designs and well made products.

Stefano is one of the best design consultants I have come across . He is personable , genuine , honest and very very knowledgeable. I trusted him a lot and ended up buying almost all furniture for my new flat from your store . The quality of the furniture and Stefano is absolutely excellent, wish I could give it more than 5 stars . Also not to mention delivery was prompt and efficient and Ronny was excellent and efficient . My over all experience has been amazing.

Stefano DiStefano was amazing and very helpful every step of the way from planning to execution. He is a the best. Thanks for all of your help and guidance decorating our new home.

my brand new sofa (less than a month) is already broken. the base has come away from the frame and moves. shocking. i thought BoConcept was a quality product, and worth the money.
