Can be pricey and a very small store.

We shopped in the store this morning and we won't be going back ever. The rudest and most unhelpful manageress we have ever had the misfortune to get served by.

Amazing staff, they well and truly work their LA socks off! They greet me every time I walk in to this pristine store. Many thanks and I'll look forward to future visits!

Very expensive. Staff passed by without saying " can I help u or let me know if you need help". Sale is a joke. A vase with fake flowers costs £175 in the sale! Who in the world would pay that much!!?? You pay for the brand...

The best Laura Ashley store I have visited. The staff are ever so polite and gave me the best advice for my vintage living room look. Will definitely be going back just for the excellent service.

Negative experience: found the shop closed during opening hours twice in less than a week.
