I would give a zero star if it were possible! My mum ordered a dinning table set over a month ago and they told her it would arrive in 7 days. It did not. They then said they didn’t have the particular one she ordered but could offer something similar. She accepted this. Again the delivery was delayed to an additional 4 weeks. When it was the day of delivery, they had sent her “temporary chairs” to use for a number of days while they get the real chairs she ordered with the table.
She went to the store to claim a refund only to be given a bunch of excuses...” the store owner is not here, we don’t have cash, the card machine cannot do refunds, come back on Monday so I can speak to the store owner”
This is a bunch of rubbish and absolutely poor customer service! She paid £850 and still hasn’t received anything but grief and stress.
We will be reporting them if they fail to provide a full refund on Monday.
Worst place ever. Do not shop for you furniture here!
Please avoid buying anything from DIVAN FURNITURE I have ordered a bed since July,they have sent the wrong bed I have asked them to replace me with the correct bed they are keep missing about and been ignored, the customer service is very poor very disrespectful , they're staffs doesn't speak english.i have reported them to the UK STANDARD AGENCY.

I purchased sliding wardrobes with mirrors and the guys who fitted the wardrobes obviously didn’t fit them properly and the mirrors have ended up cracking. I have a young child and they told me if anything happens to my three year old child with the broken mirror then I just just take it to court. They never offered to help rectify the problem within a reasonable timeframe. I have been contacting them since November 2020. All they have been giving me is empty promises that they will do something about it.
Please do not purchase anything from divan. Waste of money!!!!!
The lady that works there in sales is awfully disrespectful but was very lovely when purchasing though.
