Denzilla

I ordered a bookcase/desk on 27 November for £379.99 and was advised delivery would take 2 weeks which did not happen. I tried contacting Denzilla and after many attempts by phone and email I eventually spoke to a member of staff who promised
it would be delivered by mid January which once again did not happen.

I have again tried on many occasions to contact Denzilla and demanded a refund by way of email.
Their landline which goes straight to voicemail is a waste of time. I left 10 messages and got NO response. I also tried a mobile number which is a contact number on their website and it is permanently switched off. Numerous emails were not responded to and now I have advised my credit card company to take action and made a formal complaint to Trading Standards UK.

Please do NOT use Denzilla under any circumstances they are totally unreliable, deceitful, and not contactable when you need to communicate with them. Their customer service is appalling and if you do order an item then based on my experience you will be very lucky if you actually receive it.
Stay away from them at all costs.

Ordered a desk, never arrived, chases several times then asked for the order to be cancelled and for a refund. Refund never given, desk never arrived and now their email wont work.

Shocking service. Would not recommend.

Fantastic quality of goods. I ordered a book shelf two weeks ago and I was stunned by the craftsmanship. Well worth the price.
