BHF Ealing Furniture & Electrical Store

Rude staff members, rang the doorbell repeatedly for 2 mins when collecting items. Refused to take a new microwave and toaster, claimed it needed cleaning. Not entirely sure what condition they want items to be in. Wouldn't recommend. Much better to sell items online or take to the tip unfortunately.

This is a wonderful shop with a excellent service. I am so glad with the furnitures I bought. The shop assistants were very nice and useful. Prices are double cheaper than new furnitures. The quality is very good.

Don’t bother with them. Very bad service. Driver said he would arrive in 30 mins, he arrived a bit earlier and didn’t give us the agreed 30 minutes to arrive at the property before driving off. Then customer service on the phone explained how I’m in the wrong. They clearly don’t want your furniture. They would rather us dump our furniture than use it to fund heart research.

bought some furniture 's the 26 August 2022 was suppose to deliver on the 27th up until now 29th still waiting no calls etc.

Very helpful and friendly

The delivery staff were rude and lied to me about being at my location and waiting at random points, when they were no where to be seen. Finally they said we can't find your location and are going back. My location was right next to the most popular tourist spot in the area. And I asked them to come to the tourist spot, they again said "we don't know where it is". Which is when I figured out they were sitting at home and lying to me.

Extremely rude and petulant collection staff on the van. Wouldn't take any mild questioning about why something was not acceptable to take. Went off in a Diva huff without even looking at some articles which could easily have been sold by BHF to raise funds; so they were not acting at all in the interests of BHF. We won't bother with BHF in future. Shame
