The furniture is good quality and it is very reasonable for price. They look modern and nice. I bought TV stand, dining table and 2 coffee tables from them about 2 years ago. I had problem with TV stand and these guy send me the replacement part free of charge. I highly recommend their product and their customer service.

A Shetland bookcase arrived damaged from the warehouse, and they would not exchange the part immediately. Took two days to order bookshelf but they quote a month to replace damaged part. Customer service useless.
Also, althoough their furniture is weighty, it's badly designed and doesn't assemble properly with doors that don't close properly despite following adjustment instructions in their appalling instruction book.
Furniture does LOOK great, but many serious issues en route.

Ordered furniture in May, delivered bed and bedside cabinet, was told there was a delay on 6 chest of drawers. Waited till end of july and they now say they were delivered. Still no furniture and they dont take phone calls. They dont bother to respond to emails either. so as it stands i haven't received my furniture and can't coprrespond with them so have to go down the costly route of County Court Action. What a disgrace.

The furniture is beautiful and feels solid. The customer service I received from F2G was also very good. But I cannot give more than 3 stars whilst XDP are their delivery method. Our wardrobe arrived with cracks in from transit so we asked for a redelivery and that one arrived broken too.

The delivery van was full of packages that weren’t secured down, were being thrown around and were all showing signs of damage.

Find a better courier!!

Fraudulent outfit, gave me a delivery date of may 30 - June 2nd, nothing arrived by Monday June 6th and when I called they were unable to tell me a new delivery date. I advised I was away at work the rest of the week so I need to know whats happening, I have since had no message, call, email or any other sort of notice. When I got home from work on the Friday there was still no sign but I am told they delivered it unannounced during the week, made no effort to warn me or advise me, left no note through the door, nothing. Now I have no wardrobe and they arent interested, claiming COVID contactless allows them to leave things anywhere at any time with no care or interest in letting you know. AVOID!

Avoid avoid avoid at all costs sent a faulty wardrobe and refused to refund, said they would send parts, it’s 6 parts of the wardrobe would be nearly all the wardrobe , which they will not send and tried to say the hinges have been put on wrong, told me they don’t sell to the public as I bought it through the range, funny a quick google and low and behold they do !!

This company has an appealing delivery service. We ordered a solid wardrobe from Ryman, it was coming through furniture 2 go as third party. First one was damaged and returned before getting to us - wasn’t even notified until I called Ryman to check when I should expect the delivery. Another one was ordered to be delivered the following week. They delivered it and left it on a pallet outside the front door, for my partner who is disabled, to take it off the pallet and into the hallway by himself. The boxes were really heavy and awkward to manage. I called Ryman who couldn’t be more apologetic, they called furniture 2 go whilst I was on hold, they said they’ll come and collect the massive pallet that they just left there, but that the company don’t have insurance to come into peoples home hence why they deliver to your front door. They didn’t specify this anywhere on their website, if I was notified of this I could have ensured that there were two people to handle this delivery. To compare, cheap furniture from Ikea that is not as heavy, was delivered to us, brought inside, we were even asked if we wanted it upstairs. Another comparison is from Dunelm, they delivered a curtain pole that was light as anything and asked if my partner needed help bringing it into the home!!! Have never been so disappointed and annoyed with a delivery.
