Whoever, gets this is smiling! Great time to get there.
I Bought a sofa from these guys in October 2021… They told me that the lead time was 6 months and should be ready 1st week of April. Fast forward to today… I’ve just enquired where my sofa was, and been told it’s another 2 months lead time, no reason to why and I had to stumble upon this information. Not happy is an understatement. Very poor service, communication and really disappointed. Nobody wanted to deal with my request. Call centre manager ‘Craig’ didn’t want to speak to me either… and was Supposedly ‘unavailable’ for my call & refused to call back when free… add to this the store manager conveniently unavailable in the Croydon branch, who was quiet happy to take my money in the first instance.
Do yourselves a favour and avoid… avoid… avoid.
Also, I gave them measurements and discussed the sofa arrangements and when they arrived they didn't fit. I was reassured that they'd have plenty of room and when I spoke to them about it they said it's too late as its been delivered. Even if they fit, how will you know for sure until it's in your house? Will not shop here again!
When we bought it the man who attended us said that it won’t take more than 6 weeks, highlighting the fact that he’ll try to ask them to make it asap as we were a bit hesitant. He reassured maximum 6 weeks, it could even be 4.
We’ve got a call a few weeks later, it was someone saying that the delivery date was as agreed.
After 6 weeks I had no news about them so I decided to call them to find out. They tell me that the estimated delivery time will be 8 weeks and it is what’s on my contract I was sure it was 6 as this is what the guy said. Then in our contract says 7 weeks.
This is week 8 and now they are still waiting for the bed to arrive to their warehouse. When it happens we’ll have to schedule a delivery date for my house.
This is unacceptable and their customer service is awful. They are not helping at all.
After waiting for 7 months for my sofa
5th July 2022. It arrived with a small tear on the side. Took pictures and spoke to customer service they asked me to send pictures of damaged sofa. Not impressed with the service I now have to wait again for someone to get back to me with repairing. I received confirmation from the store that my sofa will be delivered on Saturday, no show no messages no phone calls. Called again and was promised by the manager that it will be collected at 7.30am and be given a new sofa still no show. I will be putting in a complaint for misleading customers.
