Furniture Village Orpington

I left the store at about 8.30 p.m. this evening as they stayed open to accommodate myself and my wife whilst we prevaricated over placing our order. We were superbly looked after by Lauren who was patient, considerate and remarkably jolly given the circumstances! Her undoubted product knowledge helped us to make informed decisions and we have come away delighted. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lauren and Furniture Village, great range of product and terrific staff a winning combination.

A big thank you to the sales Manager Darryl Ayres. Words can't express my gratitude but thank you so much Darryl for the advice and closing the office 2 hrs plus after closing time busy helping me with my orders. I appreciate you, you went so much out of your way to help me, that's what makes you a great Manager. I will definitely refer many to you. Keep it up and keep shining!

Ordered a new dining set from the Orpington branch. From when we walked in to the conclusion of the sale, Jamie looked after us exceptionally well. He was informative, friendly, easy to chat to and overall a professional that provided excellent customer service. If we need to pop in again we'll definitely be keeping an eye out for him again

We went to furniture village for the first time and we’re pleased with what we saw. We had a great experience with Jason. He was so helpful and professional, nothing was too much trouble and couldn’t be more pleased. Our furniture is arriving earlier than expected which is a bonus. Thanks Jason it was great

I recently needed to purchase 2 new Sofas, plus a New Bed and Mattress. I decided to start with Furniture Village first and am so glad I did. I was instantly impressed with how Big, Bright and Well Set Out the store was with so much choice on offer. We were given a warm friendly greeting by Lauren who helped us for a while and also offered us a hot Drink and a Cookie before leaving us to browse etc. We were there a good few hours making some choices on Sofas which Lauren kindly priced up for us, and decided to come back the next day to look at the Beds and Mattresses. We were again warmly welcomed by Lauren who is extremely Knowledgeable and gave us some more Excellent advice on the Beds and Matresses. Again because of the vast choice I couldn't quite make up my mind even after another few hours !! So decided to go back again the next day just to be totally sure 😂 Lauren again spent more time with us to make sure we made the right choices. Once the decisions were made all the Orders were sorted Quickly and Professionally and everything explained Properly and we are now looking forward to our New Furniture.
We will definitely be revisiting for some other bits very soon 😀

A huge thank you to Lauren Barnes who was super helpful and patient when we visited tonight - less than an hour before closing. We were on a hunt for a new sofa and Lauren made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. She was fab in helping us with the fabric choice of our new sofa and was super thorough and professional. We are really happy with our choice and left the store feeling very pleased with the service and care that Lauren gave us. Furniture Village will be our first place to go, whenever we are looking to buy anything new!

Following much online research and deliberation, we visited Furniture Village, Orpington today in order to look at some compact size sofas. We were so impressed with the quality of the range and also with the excellent service provided by Abbey. She guided us through the whole sales process in such a friendly and efficient way, ensuring we were happy with all our options and choices at every stage. A highly recommended store. 🙂

The furniture is stunning but the reason I am writing this review is because of the store assistant that was quite frankly one of the best salesmen I have ever come across. Leigh was his name. He passionately enticed us with some outstanding knowledge and facts about the characteristics of each piece and he really knew his stuff. I thought he must literally be part of the furniture but he’s only been working with you for a year and he was just outstanding. As we entered he was fluffing pillows and telling the story behind the beautiful Indian railway sleeper table to another family which caught our attention and he then walked round the shop with us and blew our minds with the amazing furniture and his amazing delivery on each piece. He really is an asset, I’m sure his sales heavily reflect that. He’s a bloody amazing salesman. Good on you Leigh!!
