Essence of Morocco Ltd.

I have ordered quite a few items from this company, all of which were of a very good quality. However, the Organic Maple Syrup arrived with a smashed lid and all the syrup had leaked out into the bubble wrap, these things happen. I didn't buy these products directly but purchased them via Amazon, who were also responsible for the packaging.
Yasmine, at Essence of Morocco, was extremely helpful in organising a full refund and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company in the future.

Stunning Moroccan Lamps. Very fast postage, packing was great - they came to Perth, Western Australia without a mark. Great communication from Driss. Highly recommend Essence of Morocco - very high quality products, great staff and excellent customer service.

We visited Yasmine and Driss in London to look at their mirrors, even though we were 2.5 hours drive away (we were in London for the day) and are glad we did. The Silver Maillechort Hand Engraved mirror was stunning and so much better in the flesh than in pictures. It's now hanging in our lounge and looks superb. Yasmine and Driss were very friendly and helpful, and although it's a shame they can't ship the large mirrors due to damage, we were so glad we made the trip to see them in person. Hopefully our next purchse will be something that can be delivered!
