Really impressive range of furniture. We were particularly looking for small sized sofas and this shop have a great choice and have carpets and beds. 8000 square feet of showroom.
If you don't want the monster sized furniture that the big chains have, this is the place to go. Very helpful.

They are excellent, I ordered a cabin bed for a very small box room. Two men arrived and worked hard, they were polite, courteous and friendly. They left no mess behind, all packaging taken away. The gentleman Don in the shop is a true gentleman. The two guys that erected the bed were proper good old fashioned workmen.
Thank you for being everything and more. Don’t hesitant use them, you will only be disappointed if you don’t!

Place is overloaded with furniture, too many items you cannot really see each properly nor consider the size of it.
Sales staff is pushy, trying to close the deal more than to make a happy customer of you. They even use formulas like "specially for you I will make the delivery for free" well that is what you expect for items around £1000 this is not a commercial gesture this is a joke!
Prices are expensive compare to the competition anyway.
I rarely say it but I do not recommend this place and I do not understand the good ratings they have.

This shop was recommended to me by a number of friends. It’s a great shop with an extensive variety of good quality furniture. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the corner suite I bought is comfortable and well made. I have a carpet on order and I will definitely be visiting there in the future for all my furniture needs.

We have now had numerous pieces of furniture from Richardsons and we find it fantastic. Customer service is superb, products are of extremely high quality. The staff build your furniture upon delivery for you! What more could you want?

Having moved into a flat, I needed furniture for the lounge and both bedrooms. I visited Richardson’s and was given sound advice regarding the size of the lounge suite that would fit into my flat. I also ordered a dining table and chairs, two glass cabinets and bedroom furniture. All of the items were delivered in good time and up three flights of stairs without complaint. Many friends have commented on my lovely suite and I have been happy to recommend Richardson’s to them. Without Mr Hollywood’s advice I would have ordered the completely wrong size suite which would have been a disaster! Thank you.

Went into the shop and got served by Richard. Service was top class. I purchased a wardrobe and it was delivered on time and assembled in the room at no extra charge. The 2 guys who delivered it was extremely polite and taken all rubbish away with them. I can honestly say I'd never go anywhere else

Waiting for a headboard, been 3 weeks and 1 day now. Promised today, not come in. Manager on holiday, will not be buying furniture from here again. At one time you could blame it on covid, but not now, everything is normal.
