Glasswells

We came over to glasswells as we had seen a bedroom range of wardrobes which we liked the look of , the laguna range i liked the look of , and we got served by Paul and he was a lovely person and product knowledge was also very good and left us to have a look round but we decided on that range and helped us get everything we wanted done and so pleased with that and paid deposit etc and got emails etc on delivery so customer service was very good and my hubby and friends helped us put it together and we love it , and we also went shopping down stairs etc to buy a new duvet and pillows also and will be back as we want some other items also, so very pleased

Very helpful staff who know all the options available. No pushy sales people. Range is broad of good manufacturer's. Everything for the home. Displayed well.

Rather a review of two halves.
The good: Experience in-store was very professional with the salesperson taking time to point out the various options for us and giving us plenty of time to view without pressurising sales pitch you get in some stores. The store is nicely set out and has a feeling of luxury and calm.
The bad: The actual product we bought was described as needing 'some light assembly required'. This is totally incorrect as you actually more or less assemble the whole thing. Also we found exactly the same chairs under a different name elsewhere for £100 less each so despite the chairs being fine, we were left feeling rather unhappy with Glasswells overall.

A traditional home furnishing store with a fantastic choice of quality products with very helpful and friendly staff at hand . An excellent restaurant on site which made our visit a pleasant one

I've purchased several items in store and online and I can honestly say - such helpful and friendly bunch of people! I was being such a pain with lots of questions, adding assembly, changing bits around and they've done amazing job and made me feel so comfortable as a customer. I massively recommend them as their products are also really nice!

Went in to eat at the cafe. Delicious as usual. Was pleased to see a lovely Christmas display of a steam train and beautiful bears that my granddaughter loved 🥰

You can't not find what your looking for in there it's huge with some lovely stuff I bought a coffee table it's a bit expensive in there but you can get what you want and have a lot of choice. Staff are lovely.

Thry have a lovely showroom in Bury & a huge warehouse. After visiting the warehouse clearance it pushed me to finally order the furniture we'd been thinking about. It was delivered in time for Christmas & everyone keeps complimenting us on it & the quality. The delivery men were lovely. The showroom staff & warehouse staff were friendly & helpful.
Got some lovely towels from warehouse clearance & wished I'd bought more now.

So easy to leave bad reviews nowadays but praise given when due.
