When I went to pick up a couple of tops that I ordered from the Next directory online, I wasn't feeling very well at all.
The two ladies who were working there couldn't had been more kind and helpful. One got me a drink of water and the other offered to phone a taxi. The really nice thing was is that they seemed really genuinely concerned and caring people. I have along term illness which makes it very difficult for me to shop and focus most times and I end up not being able to face certain shops again but their caring nature put me at ease and I wish others would be the same. I feel like writing a thank you letter to these two assistants because it's once in blue moon I get treated in such a kind way.

I have been a customer of this store for years. I have recently. The store is my go to place for lighting,soft furnishing,pictures curtain rails etc. The staff are very well trained and helpful. Their systems are very slick. They sort all your needs nothing is too much touble. All what Next sell is top quality.

Terrible customer service! My partner & I purchased a pair of wall lights & a matching lamp on Monday, this week. We also needed a table which was on display, but we were told that this wasn't available for another couple of weeks. The shop assistant's exact words were: "We don't stock any furniture here"...eh? A furniture shop that doesn't stock furniture..?? (Just like the chip shop that closes for dinner!!)- We were then told that the lamp wasn't in stock, but they would order it & we could collect it on Thursday. Fair enough. We paid for the lamp & left our details in order for the shop assistant to contact us if there were any issues. Having received no contact, we went to collect the lamp today (Saturday). My partner was told that the lamp hadn't arrived & they would have to re-order it for collection on the 8th December! ... Why no phone call??? A very unnecessary wasted journey. For the prices charged at this store, I would expect MUCH better service. Very disappointed & will only be returning to collect the lamp. You have lost a customer.

Very good place to pick up unique in home furniture and ornaments. They do offer discount on damaged items up to 10% is what they can offer but this waives your right to return it so ensure you are 100% happy before leave with it you cannot return it immediately after payment. I found a damaged canvas but it was onky damaged on the back side which faces the wall so no real issue there.

Really lovely shop and very helpful staff. It is useful to be able to take swatches of fabric home as well as their little cards that give the measurements and details of each of their ranges of sofas and chairs.

Visited this store today and had my faith in retail assistants restored after meeting Chloe. Very knowledgeable, articulate, easy to speak to and an absolute inspiration. Will definitely make a purchase after this positive experience. So nice to meet someone who clearly enjoys her job and knows what she’s talking about.

Entered wanting a variety of homeware bits as im redoing my room. Was offered no help throughout my visit unlike many of the other customers who entered. Was left waiting to pay in the queue to for at least 10 minutes as only one till was open and they were serving someone who had brought a large amount of items. Was about to give up and leave without purchasing when a young member of staff opened another till and provided some great customer service (i believe her name was kaye). She wrapped my items without me having to ask while I paid. This atleast made me feel better about purchasing items from a store that made me feel like they didnt want my money.

The 2 Next stores have merged into one giant store in the new development at Fosse Park. It is much better now with lots of space to look at all items. The new store even has a Costa Coffee located on the upper floor which is a nice touch. There is separate parking here also with lots of spaces right next to the store fronts which is easier to get a parking spot than if you go into the other car parking areas.
