CONSUMERS BEWARE THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY NOT DELIVER YOUR GOODS FOR MONTHS AND FAIL TO REPLACE FAULTY ITEMS. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER AFTER CARE. T
his is my 2nd review as I can not get through to this company customer services. My elderly parents paid in full for new furniture back in October 2021. Eventually their order was delivered in February after many phone calls and emails. However the dining table was faulty and after many more phone calls and emails they were promised a new table was being delivered yesterday 03/03/2022 between 03.30pm and 06.30pm. At 06.10pm they received a text message to say they were unable to fulfill the delivery. I would advise anyone not to use this company they have not after care service and they are liars. We have even emailed the CEO of the company but he doesn't even care. My parents are in their 80's and are being treated with no respect being lied to and fobbed off by everyone they eventually get to speak with. So any consumers beware once this company have your money they are not interested in you or the faulty goods they leave you with

Where to begin with this pathetic excuse of a company. The only and I mean only reason we went with these instead of elsewhere was the promise of delivery within 10 days. It's an outright lie.

Booked a days holiday for when the sofa was supposed to arrive, they ring me in the morning telling me only half will be delivered and the other half next week. I begrudgingly accepted as we have an empty front room. They then ring in the afternoon saying nothing will be delivered until (hopefully) next week. Laughable and the customer service team couldn't care less.

Thank god I managed to cancel the whole thing and take my money elsewhere. Avoid these absolute cowboys at all costs.

Excellent experience,the member of staff who looked after us was excellent. Very attentive , good knowledge of the products we were interested in.Would recommended this company, with a very good aftercare package. Thank you.

Customer service and delivery is an absolute shambles. Waited for 4 months for a sofa ( because of covid) to be told we would have to wait another month, so we changed the sofa waited a week for it to be postponed AGAIN for another 2 weeks....still no sofa

Visited store and in process of ordering furniture. Unfortunately I couldn't accommodate the 3 delivery option dates for £10. Requested alternative dates but told none available and to have an alternative delivery date this would incur a additional cost of £69! I chose not to proceed with the order and on this basis I won't be returning to the store again

Great service sherlock manager helped us both out bought what we wonted..only down full is wait for furniture..

Excellent shop, good quality and the staff very helpful and nice, oh and the furniture excellent value for money we are more than pleased with what we purchased

Brought our modular sofa from oak land furniture an got to say its one of the most uncomfortable ones I've ever sat one, when you sit in it you disappear into it makes it extremely uncomfortable to sit on, I've now had to put sheets of ply board underneath the seat cushions to stop me disappearing to the deck so unhappy about it
