Absolutely diabolical!! Waited 14 weeks for my sofa to turn up with out the backs to them only to be told it would be a further 12 weeks at least to get them!! Nearly 7 MONTHS in total!! No thanks. Would not recommend this store at all. Customer service is a complete nightmare, 25 minute wait each time we phoned!!

We were mis-sold our first sofa there engineer told us that as well as another member of there staff so was offered 100 pounds to live with it when declined offered a re order took that even though i hated what we picked but that was down to money . then not once but twice they tried to deliver half the sofa this has been going on since august its now december the deliverey driver told me the other part of our order is now out of stock so when could i possiibly see my new suite ???? The brilliant Manager smugly suggested i cancel my order knowing full well it will leave my family sat on the floor over chrimbo . Should have seen her face when i did just that today . if your looking to do the best for your family stay away lying pathatic company im on facebook talk to me alan wild good luck

I might as well not have gone in the only member of staff was more interested in selling an more expensive double bed than in me looking for a single bed I was completely ignored

Suite delivered Saturday. The back of Armchair broken. Phoned store and put through to customer services.
Joined que at position 12. Got to position 2 after 30 minutes and them the phone goes dead.

Just bought a new sofa. Amy helped us, gave us honest advice and was not pushy at all. It was absolute pleasure being in the store. Thanks.

Pretty good selection of furniture. Dont like out the staff as soon as entering say 'can I help' then sort of bimble behind you when browsing

Terrible customer service take you money then do not deliver your goods! Store doesn't deal with you once they have your order! Go elsewhere!

Very accommodating staff, even though my friend kept changing her mind on what she wanted.
